Connor L. Andrews, 21, of LeRoy, is charged with operating a vehicle impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance, operator leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to keep right on a two lane road, after a hit and run accident on Lake street road in LeRoy on May 3, 2021 at 8:27p.m.
The vehicle was discovered in the village of LeRoy on Bacon street.
Andrews was allegedly operating the vehicle while impaired and was allegedly in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and cocaine.
He was released with appearance tickets and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 1, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
John W. Fore, 49, of Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent, after a motor vehicle accident on Alexander road in the town of Batavia on May 3, 2021 at 9:04p.m.
Fore was allegedly unable to maintain lane.
He is due to appear in the town of Batavia Court on May 13, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
