Isaac KING M/34, was arrested following a domestic incident where KING unlawfully entered the residence of the mother of his child. While inside the residence, KING choked the mother of his child with his child present. KING then left the residence. When located by Batavia Police, KING resisted the lawful arrest, falling to the ground and feigned a medical issue. KING continued to be passive resistant and threw a hissy fit, crying and screaming, refusing to get in the back of a patrol car on his own accord. KING was subsequently placed in the back of a patrol vehicle and transported to the Batavia Police Department. KING was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail. King is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/26/2021.
