John E. Sackett, 54, of County Line road, Hamlin, NY, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motorcycle crash with injuries on N. Lake road in Bergen on May 8, 2021 at 10:48p.m.
Sackett was traveling north on Rt. 19 and went off the east shoulder of the roadway, striking a road sign. Sackett was transported to the hospital and treated for his injuries and released. He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Bergen Town Court on June 2, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Aaron M. Pawlikowski, 60, of Sumner road, Darien, was arrested after failing to verify his address within 90 days as a level three registered sex offender/prior offense.
Pawlikowski was transported to the Genesee County Jail for fingerprinting and arraignment. He was remanded to the custody of the jail due to prior felony convictions.
Pawlikowski will appear in County Court on May 26, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Zachary R. Reed, 30, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly being involved in a physical altercation with another person on April 26, 2021 on W. Main street road at 12:20a.m.
Reed was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Batavia Court on May 6, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
