Joseph D. Ayer, 36, of Smith street, Buffalo, and Marie L. Lenk, 32, of Nancy Place, Cheektowaga, are each charged with burglary 2nd, illegal entry/dwelling and grand larceny 4th/property greater than $1,000, after allegedly entering a house on River road in Pavilion on May 13, 2021 at 4:23pm.
The pair allegedly forced a door open and stole items from the house, the items taken are greater than $1,000.
Ayer and Lenk were arraigned virtually in Pavilion Town Court on May 14, 2021.
Ayer was held without bail and is to appear in Genesee County Court on June 9, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Lenk was released on recognizance and is to appear in Genesee County Court on June 3, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Terry E. Gamble Jr., 25, of Onslow Dr. Columbus, OH, is charged with criminal possession of stolen property 5th, criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, following a traffic stop for a violation of NYS vehicle and traffic law on S. Main street in Elba on May 12, 2021 at 3:19p.m.
Following the investigation, it was discovered that Gamble Jr. was operating a stolen vehicle out of Ohio.
Gamble was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Elba Town Court on May 26, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Kyle S. Barnhart, 30, of North Rd., LeRoy, is charged with sex offender failing to register internet accounts as part of his conditions from a prior charge.
Barnhart was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 15, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Andre L. Roberts , 28, of Burrows St., Rochester, is charged with bail jumping 3rd after allegedly failing to appear in Corfu Village Court on December 7, 2020.
Roberts was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Zambito on May 14, 2021.
