GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Driver charged after striking stop sign

Eric G. Jemison, 48, of W. Center St., Medina, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .09% or more and operating a motor vehicle without stop lights, after a complaint of a vehicle that struck a stop sign and drove away on Judge road in Alabama on May 27, 2021 at 9:05p.m.

Deputies located the vehicle a short time later.

After an investigation, it is alleged that Jemison was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.

Jemison was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Alabama Town Court on June 8, 2021 at 6:00p.m.

Timothy J. Passage, 37, of Squire Ct., Amherst, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Pembroke, for possession of a forged instrument 1st, after allegedly passing a fake United States $20.00 bill while at a business in the Town of Pembroke on March 20, 2021.

Passage was transported to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned virtually in Genesee County Court on May 28, 2021.

Ray S.L. Saile, 19, of Judge Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with menacing 2nd, after a reported domestic incident involving a knife on May 28, 2021 at 3:45a.m. in the Town of Alabama.

An investigation at the scene revealed that Saile possessed a knife which caused the victim to fear being injured.
