Edward C. Allis Jr., 23, of Lyndonville, NY, is charged with arson 5th and trespass, after allegedly entering a property on Ham road in Alabama on June 8, 2021 at 5:57p.m. without permission, and starting a fire.
Allis was released and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Alabama Town Court on July 20, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
Tyler W. Reeves, 23, of Main Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal mischief 2nd, after a domestic incident on June 8, 2021 at 2:45p.m.
Reeves was virtually arraigned in Bergen Town Court by Judge Nenni and released under supervision. He will appear in Genesee County Court on August 3, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Joanne K. Harper, 56, of Dalton, NY, is charged with petit larceny, following an investigation into a larceny that took place on May 30, 2021 in the Town of LeRoy.
Harper was issued appearance tickets and released. She will appear in LeRoy Town Court on June 17, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
