5/3/21    Joshua D. Biaselli, 37: Albion Police Officers responded to a residence in the trailer park located at 431 West State Street for the disturbance call reporting a man with a knife. Officers arrived on scene and quickly determined that a male suspect had allegedly entered the victim’s residence without permission and removed two knives from the kitchen. It is alleged that the suspect then swung the knives at the victim before fleeing from the residence.

Albion Police Officers, Albion Police K9 Badger and Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputies were able to locate the suspect still in the trailer park near the victim’s residence and he was taken into custody without further incident. Biaselli, a parolee, was charged with Burglary 2nd Degree-Illegal Entry of a Dwelling, Menacing 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon w/ intent to use and Petit Larceny. Biaselli was processed at Albion Police Department and taken to Orleans County Jail for CAP Court arraignment where he remains held on bail due to his predicate felon status and a NYS Parole detainer.
