James T. Saddler III, 39, of University Ave., Rochester, is charged with assault 2nd, intent to injure with a weapon, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, trespass and harassment 2nd, after a physical altercation at the Sunset Motel on W. Main street in Batavia on June 24, 2021at 5:19p.m.
Saddler III was allegedly involved in a physical altercation and struck one person with a tire iron and another with his fists.
According to scanner reports, two people were transported to UMMC by ambulance with injuries after the incident.
Saddler III was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and was remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
Ashley E. Quintern, 32, of Miller Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny complaint at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Walmart, on June 23, 2021 at 5:57p.m.
Quintern allegedly stole merchandise belonging to Walmart stores.
She was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket.
Quintern will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 26, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Grace C. Murray, 22, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant on June 23, 2021, for the charge of criminal trespass 3rd.
Murray was arraigned on the warrant by Judge Zambito and released on recognizance.
