On June 20, 2021 at 12:53 a.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested James B. Tucker, 43, of Arcade, NY, for driving while intoxicated, and failure to keep right.
Troopers stopped Tucker on Rt. 78 in the town of Java for failure to maintain lane.
He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Tucker recorded a .15 BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Java court for July 2021.
On June 16, 2021 at 11:48 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Dominick J. Deflippo, 52, of Lockport, NY, for driving while intoxicated, unsafe turn and drinking alcohol in a vehicle.
Troopers stopped Deflippo on Rt. 246 in the town of Perry for making an unsafe u-turn and not signaling. He was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Deflippo recorded a .11 BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Perry court for July 2021.
