Liza M. Besczyznski, 26, of Pearl St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief and menacing 2nd after an investigation revealed that Besczyznski allegedly damaged another person’s property and threatened that person with a hammer on July 5, 2021 at 10:49a.m. at a residence in the Town of Batavia.
Besczyznski was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court. She was released on recognizance.
Larry R. Walters, 23, of Alden, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on Pearl street road in the Town of Batavia on July 6, 2021 at 10:15p.m.
Walters will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 22, 2021 to answer the charges.
Wyatt J. Becker, 30, of Tinkham Rd., Darien, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation into a domestic disturbance at a residence in Darien on July 6, 2021 at 5:20a.m.
Becker was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on August 3, 2021 at 4:00p.m.
Terrell L. Thomas, 30, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact, following an investigation on July 2, 2021 at 2:40p.m. at a residence in the Town of Batavia.
Thomas allegedly engaged in a course of conduct which alarmed and seriously annoyed a person on the property.
Thomas was arraigned in the Town of Oakfield Court by Judge Graham and will appear in Batavia Town Court on July 20, 2021 at 9:00a.m.
