Valerie L. Marucci, 42, of Sokol Dr. Attica, is charged with grand larceny 4th and two counts of offering a false instrument for filing after she allegedly failed to report income on two separate applications for public assistance benefits on July 1, 2019.
As a result, Marucci received $2725.00 in SNAP benefits that she was not entitled to.
The case is being handled by Genesee County Sheriff’s Sgt. Thomas A. Sanfratello and Social Services Investigator Robert Riggi.
Amanda M. Bowles, 35, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th in an incident at 4126 W. Main St. Rd. in the Town of Batavia on July 11, 2021.
Bowles was issued appearance tickets and released. She is due to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 27, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
David J. Leroy, 28, of Gabbey Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd and trespass, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection with his neighbor by speaking to him and trespassing onto his property on July 10, 2021.
He was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court by Judge Mileham and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.
Leroy will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 11, 2021 at 2:00p.m.
Brian M. Raphael, 33, of E. Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an incident at Walmart on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on June 12, 2021. Raphael fled from deputies at Walmart after allegedly stealing merchandise.
Raphael was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on July 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Tracy M. Pocobello, 48, of Akron Rd., Pembroke, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd, following a domestic incident that occurred on June 29, 2021 at a residence in Pembroke.
Pocobello allegedly intentionally damaged property of another person.
She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 5, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
