Donald E. Yott Jr., 32, of Alexander Rd., Alexander, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd/high capacity ammunition feeding devices, criminal possession of weapon 3rd/assault weapon and criminal possession of a firearm, after a search warrant was executed at his residence on September 6, 2020 at 12:21a.m.
Yott Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Alexander Court by Justice Merrill and released on his own recognizance.
He will re-appear in court on September 14, 2021.
Ida M. Vanorden, 35, of Swan St., Batavia, is charged with attempted assault 2nd and assault 3rd after allegedly assaulting two individuals in Bergen on N. Lake road on July 14, 2021 at 3:00p.m.
Vanorden was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and will re-appear in court on August 11, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Pamela A. Morrow, 61, of Linwood Rd., LeRoy, is charged with DWI(2nd offense) and driving with a BAC of .08% or more(2nd offense) on Linwood road on July 21, 2021 at 5:38p.m., prior convictions within the last 10 years.
Morrow was processed a the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets.
She is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on August 3, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Elizabeth M. Thompson, 31, of Montclair Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing $113.28 worth of merchandise at Wal-Mart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial drive, on July 21, 2021 at 12:46a.m.
Thompson was transported to the Genesee County Jail for prints and photos and released on an appearance ticket.
Thompson will appear in Batavia Town Court on August 19, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Cynthia M. Gosier, 36, of Maple St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after an investigation at Wal-Mart on July 17, 2021 at 12:17a.m.
Gosier was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on August 17, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
