Melvin A. Huntley, 40, of Wilkinson Rd., Batavia, is facing additional charges after an investigation by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department.
After two additional victims came forward, Huntley is now also charged with sex abuse 1st, victim less than 11, and sex abuse 1st, victim less than 13, both class D felonies, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
The investigation is ongoing. Huntley continues to be held at the Genesee County Jail.

Richard D. Sanderson, 36, of Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after being arrested in Stafford on July 26, 2021.
Sanderson was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He will re-appear in court on August 12, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
