WYOMING COUNTY/DMV/COVID-19 Update

Wyoming County Clerk, Rhonda Pierce would like to report that effective August 2, 2021 that the Warsaw
DMV will offer walk-in services as well as by appointment. The Warsaw DMV office is open to out of county
residents as well as Wyoming County residents.

We will continue to process re-registrations through the mail and the drop boxes that are located throughout
Wyoming County at the following locations, as well as plate surrenders through the drop box:

Warsaw DMV Office
Arcade Village Office
Attica Village Office
Perry Village Office
Silver Lake Marina

We encourage and invite everyone to utilize our local DMV office. By doing so, a portion of the fees you pay
remain in the County.
All customers who are not immunized will be required to wear a face covering in order to enter the office and
continue to wear it unless directed otherwise by staff. To book an appointment online please go to our website

NEW: There will be walk-in COVID-19 community vaccination clinics at the Health Department on:

Friday, July 30th from 9:00am to 3:00pm; and Wednesday, August 4th from 9:00am to 3pm

The Health Department is located at 5362 Mungers Mill Road, Silver Springs (approximately 2.5 miles south of
the Village of Warsaw). Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available. The single-dose Johnson & Johnson
vaccine is for anyone 18 years and older.

Please bring identification and proof of insurance. If you are uninsured, there is no charge. Call the Health
Department at 786-8890 with questions.

Wyoming County Board of Supervisors Chairwoman, Rebecca J. Ryan announced as of Thursday, July 29,
2021, the Wyoming County Health Department reports two thousand seven hundred ninety-five (2,795) labconfirmed positive community cases of COVID-19 among Wyoming County residents. There is an increase of
seven (7) cases since the last reported increase on Thursday, July 22, 2021. There are five (5) laboratoryconfirmed active COVID-19 cases in Wyoming County as of today.

Free COVID-19 rapid testing is available by appointment at the Health Department each week. Register for an
