Joseph M. Dispenza, 27, of Lewiston Rd., Batavia, is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd after a disturbance at AutoZone at 8347 Lewiston road, on August 5, 2021 at 9:33p.m.
Dispenza was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with two people outside of the store.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 21, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Brittany L. Bolton, 21, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with petit larceny following a larceny complaint at 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, Walmart.
Bolton allegedly stole property at the Walmart store totaling $293.80.
She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 21, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Carl E. Goodman III, 34, of Main St., Yorkshire, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection by calling the protected party multiple times for no legitimate purpose on August 7, 2021 at 2:30p.m.
Goodman was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Darien Town Court on August 17, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
Justin T. Stephenson, 36, and Teresa M. Stephenson, 31, both of Cedar street, Batavia, are each charged with trespassing after a trespass complaint on Bethany Center road in Bethany on August 6, 2021 at 2:54a.m. Both allegedly remained unlawfully on the property.
Both were released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bethany Town Court on August 25, 2001 at 5:00p.m.
