PRESS RELEASE
On August 12, 2021at 11:00 A.M., Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to an incident involving a feed truck at Synergy Farms LLC in the town of Covington. Further investigation revealed that a 2006 Mack was backing down the center isle of a cow barn and stuck Jacob H. Holzman, 87 of Brooklyn, NY. Holzman was pronounced deceased at the scene by Wyoming County Coroner Michael Smith.
NYSP Collision Reconstruction Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted in this investigation.
