Michael W. Flint, 22, of Spring St., Mt. Morris, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree following an execution of a violation of probation warrant on August 17, 2021 at 4:08p.m.
Flint was allegedly in possession of heroin at the time of his arrest.
Flint was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in Batavia Town Court on September 7, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
He was turned over to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on the warrant.
Corey A. Knapp, 19, of North St., Medina, is charged with two counts criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree following a traffic stop on Lewiston road in Batavia on January 2, 2021 at 7:23p.m.
Knapp was a backseat passenger in the vehicle, and during the traffic stop a quantity of fentanyl and cocaine was allegedly located in the backseat of the vehicle.
Knapp was issued an appearance ticket and released.
