Richard A. Augugliaro, 53, of Mumford, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, after a report of a stolen wallet from an address on Conlon road in LeRoy on August 15, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Contents of the wallet included a debit card, which was used by the suspect in a neighboring jurisdiction.
Following an investigation, Augugliaro allegedly stole the wallet and its contents. He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket in accordance with NYS Bail reform.
The investigation is being handled by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Henning and Investigator Ryan DeLong.
Gabriel O.H. Johnston, 19, of N. Angling Rd., Pembroke, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after an incident on Pearl street road in Batavia on July 18, 2021 at 5:35a.m.
Johnson was processed at the Genesee County Jail and released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 2, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
