On July 28, 2021,the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Bobbie Bane, 44, of Lyndonville, with petit larceny. Bane was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.
On August 2, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Devin Cox, 21, of Albion, with sexual misconduct. Cox was issued an appearance ticket and arraigned by CAP Court. Cox was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.
On August 3, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Christopher Rebmann, 47, of Darien Center, with issuing bad check with knowledge of insufficient funds. Rebmann was arraigned by CAP Court and released with an appearance ticket. Rebmann is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
On August 4, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jason Raiser, 41, of Knowlesville, with sex abuse 1st and endangering the welfare of a child. Raiser was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the Jail on $5,000 cash, $20,000 Insurance Company Bond, or $20,000 Partially Secured Surety Bond with a 10% deposit. Raiser is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
On August 7, 2021 the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged James Hood, 73, of Albion, with harassment 2nd. Hood was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Hood is scheduled to return to the Town of Gaines Court.
On August 9, 2021 the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Ryan Black, 25, of Brockport, with criminal contempt 2nd and harassment. Black was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court.
On August 9, 2021 the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Leonard Pavia, 45, of Rochester, with criminal trespass. Pavia was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Pavia is scheduled to return to the Town of Barre Court.
On August 10, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Michael Kozlowski, 35, of Buffalo, with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment 2nd. Kozlowski was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Kozlowski is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
On August 11, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged David Wright, 40, of Kent, with aggravated family offense, criminal contempt, and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Wright was arraigned by CAP Court. Wright was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.
On August 15, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Sean Lamb Jr.,18, of Albion, with criminal mischief 3rd. Lamb was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Lamb is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.
On August 18, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Bruce Page, 27, of Albion, with assault with intent to cause injury. Page was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the jail. Page is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On August 19, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jeremy Boyce, 38, of Medina, with criminal contempt 2nd and aggravated harassment. Boyce was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Boyce is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court.
