Jomaine D. Johnson, 38, of Lozier St., Rochester, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th/property value over $1,000, after allegedly finding and taking possession of a Samsung Galaxy S20 phone at Batavia Downs, 8315 Park Road, in Batavia on July 8, 2021 at 11:30p.m.
Johnson also allegedly pawned the phone on July 9, 2021 in Gates, NY.
Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on September 21, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Delton B. Paul, 29, and Lamar T. Gaynor, 23, both of Alleghany Rd., Darien, are each charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, in the Town of Batavia, on August 31, 2021 at 10:19p.m.
Both Paul and Gaynor were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 2, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
