Steven S. Johnson, 57, of S. Lake Ave., Bergen, is charged with DWI/drugs, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and operating with a head light out, after a traffic stop on S. Lake avenue in Bergen on September 2, 2021 at 3;15am
Following the traffic stop for a headlight being out, Johnson was arrested for allegedly driving while being impaired by drugs. During a search of Johnson, a quantity of cocaine was allegedly located on his person and seized. After a vehicle search, brass knuckles were located in the center console.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Johnson was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 11, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Breeda M. Kobler, 57, of Hutchings Rd., Rochester, is charged with DWI and refusal to take a breath test following a traffic stop on Rt. 19 in the Town of Bergen on September 1, 2021 at 5:56pm.
Kobler was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated by alcohol.
Kobler was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets.
Kobler is to appear in Bergen Town Court on October 6, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
Hannah R. Roberts, 18, and Taiana J. Savery, 22, both of Fulton, NY, are each charged with trespassing after a trespass complaint on Bethany Center road in Bethany on August 28, 2021 at 4:49a.m.
The pair allegedly entered and remained unlawfully on the property,
Both were issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Bethany Town Court on September 14, 2021 at 7:00p.m.
