Katie M. Preedom, 33, of Roberts Rd., Alabama, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, speed exceeding 55mph, and unlicensed operation after a traffic stop at 7751 Clinton street road in Bergen on September 12, 2021.
Preedom was allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition without a valid NYS driver’s license and was allegedly exceeding 55mph.
She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen Court on October 6, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Jonathon A. Kent, 33, of E. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a person into a door frame at a residence in Batavia on September 10, 2021 at 7:40p.m.
Kent was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on recognizance.
An order of protection was put into place.
Kent will return to court on October 19, 2021.
