On September 10, 2021 at 4:26 p.m., Troopers out of SP Alden arrested Suzann L. Pepe, 55, of Attica, NY, for driving while impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
On September 10, 2021, Troopers responded to Alden Medical Supply on Broadway road in the town of Alden, to check the welfare of a female in a vehicle acting highly agitated for about 45 minutes.
Pepe was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests and transported to SP Alden for processing.
She was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Alden court for October 2021
