On August 22, 2021 the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Kenneth Ortiz, 45, of Albion, with trespass. Ortiz was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On August 26, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Antonio Peres Lopez, 55, of Medina, with harassment 2nd. Peres Lopez was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Peres Lopez is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court.
On August 28, 2021,the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Colleen Wisniewski, 27, of Lockport, with grand larceny 4th and burglary. Wisniewski was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the jail on $2,500 cash/credit card, $2,500 Insurance Company Bail Bond, or $2,500 partially Secured Appearance or Surety Bond with a 10% deposit. Wisniewski is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.
On September 1, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Amanda Postle, 41, of Kent, with DWI 1st Offense. Postle was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.
On September 7, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Sedrick Cunningham, 36, of Medina, with resisting arrest and obstructing government administration. Cunningham was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court.
On September 8, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Gabriel Reynolds, 26, of Albion, with assault 3rd, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and attempted assault 3rd. Reynolds was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Reynolds is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On September 9, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Bobbi Taylor, 43, of Medina, with harassment 2nd. Taylor was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court.
On September 10, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Angel Gonzales-Rodrigues, 35, of Albion, with criminal trespass 2nd. Gonzales-Rodrigues was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the Jail on $5 cash, $20 Insurance Company Bail Bond, or $50 Partially Secured Surety Bond with 10% deposit. Gonzales-Rodrigues is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court.
