GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Byron pair charged in rolling domestic incident

Tylur T. Harper, 27, of Byron Holley Rd., Byron, is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief 3rd following an investigation into a domestic incident on Swamp road in Byron on September 29, 2021 about 10:22p.m..

Harper allegedly broke a rear window of a vehicle and applied pressure to the throat of his girlfriend with his hand during an argument.

Harper then fled the scene on foot and was later located by Sgt. Clor, Trooper Ruckdaschel and Trooper Serlo on Byron Holley road. City of Batavia Police Officer Quider and his K9 partner Batu assisted with tracking Harper from Swamp road.

Deputy Moore and Deputy Gauthier assisted on scene with the investigation.

Harper was arraigned in Batavia Town Court by Judge Young and an order of protection was issued. He was released on his own recognizance following the arraignment.

Elizabeth C. Lambert, 26, of Swamp Rd., Byron, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, and moving from a lane unsafely, after allegedly being involved in a rolling domestic on Swamp road in the Town of Byron on September 29, 2021 at 10:22p.m.

Following an investigation, Lambert was allegedly operating her vehicle in an intoxicated condition.

She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Byron Town Court on October 18, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Wendy M. Rivera, 56, of Redwood Ave., Albion, is charged with stalking 4th and harassment 2nd, following an incident on September 6, 2021 in the Town of Stafford at 3:30pm.

Rivera was allegedly stalking and harassing another person while following that person in their car.

Deputies were able to locate Rivera during the incident resulting the an arrest.

She is to appear in Stafford Town Court on October 5, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
