The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a larceny from a retail store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia that occurred on September 12, 2021.
The two alleged suspects, who are currently unidentified, entered the store and exited, passing all points of purchase without rendering payment while in possession of over $1,000 worth of Buffalo Bills merchandise and sporting equipment.
The suspects reportedly entered a light blue Honda Odyssey with no visible license plates.
