GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Rochester woman charged during erratic driving incident on Park road

Tamaneeka T. Perez-Smith, 42, of Britton Rd., Rochester, is charged with DWAI/drugs, a class E felony, DWI, a class E felony, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to move over for an emergency vehicle, insufficient turn signal, less than 100 feet, failure to stop at a stop sign, moving from a lane unsafely and unlicensed operator, after operating her vehicle erratically on Park road in the Town of Batavia on September 30, 2021 at 6:40pm.

Perez- Smith allegedly fled from deputies attempting to stop her.

She was taken into custody following a short vehicle pursuit.

Perez- Smith was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on October 14, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
