On the evening of September 24, 2021, deputies responded to an address on Southview Drive in the Town of Arcade for the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival deputies found Philip Lewis, 28, of Franklinville, NY, at the residence without permission from the owner.
Upon speaking to Lewis, deputies suspected Lewis to be impaired by drugs. Deputies preformed standardized field sobriety tests with Lewis and determined that he had allegedly operated a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. A search of Lewis’ vehicle produced a jar of multi-colored powder and a small bag containing suspected methamphetamine.
Lewis was subsequently arrested for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, petit larceny, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and burglary in the third degree.
Lewis was arraigned in Warsaw Town Court and remanded to the Wyoming County Jail. Lewis is to appear in Arcade Town Court on October 7, 2021.

Judy A. Foote, 71, of Gainesville, was arrested following a traffic stop on School Road in the Town of Gainesville on September 29, 2021. Foote was stopped after she was observed by law enforcement driving into the oncoming lane of traffic on School Road, and during the traffic stop the odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected.
Foote performed poorly on field sobriety testing, at which time she was taken into custody for DWI. Foote was also found to have a prior conviction for DWI in 2012, and her vehicle was subsequently impounded.
Foote is charged with felony DWI, felony driving with a .08% BAC or higher, and failure to keep right.
Foote was arraigned in the Town of Warsaw Court where her driver’s license was suspended pending prosecution. She was released from arraignment pursuant to NYS Bail Reform, and she is scheduled to return to the Town of Gainesville Court at a later date for further proceedings.

Kristofer Hubbard, 38, of Angelica, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Hardy’s Road, in the Town of Wethersfield on September 27, 2021.
Hubbard is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree, after deputies discovered Hubbard was operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He was issued an appearance ticket and several traffic tickets for multiple vehicle and traffic infractions.
Hubbard is scheduled to appear in Wethersfield Town Court on 10/05/2021.
