GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/October 30, 2021

Aaron M.R. Hatt, 25, of Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, unlawful imprisonment 2nd. resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration 2nd, following an investigation into a domestic disturbance at 4371 Federal Drive in Batavia on October 29, 2021 at 11:59pm.

Hatt allegedly applied pressure to a female’s neck area during the incident, while the female had a full stay away order of protection against him. Hatt also allegedly resisted arrested while deputies attempted to place him into custody.

Hatt was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and held in lieu of $5,000 bail. He is due back in court on November 16, 2021.

Erica A. Hanley, 33, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly violating an order of protection by harassing the protected party at a residence in the Town of Batavia on October 29, 2021 at 10:26p.m.

Hanley allegedly hit the victim during a dispute.

She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on November 22, 2021 at 10:00a.m.

Ray S. L. Saile, 19, of Judge Rd., Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after a domestic incident.

Saile was allegedly in the same residence with the victim, who was the protected party of an order of protection in which Saile was not allowed near the victim.

Saile was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Alabama Town Court on November 16, 2021 at 6:00p.m.

Domique S. Betantourt, 19, of Wilkins St., Rochester, is charged with trespass after allegedly being located at the GCC campus after being told by deputies he was no longer welcome on that property after an earlier incident.

Betantourt was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 4, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
