Crocker, 34, of Stafford, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right, driving to the left on crest grade curve, driving to the left of pavement markings, failure to keep right and throwing away refuse on a highway, after a traffic stop on Clinton street road in the Town of Bergen on November 11, 2021 at 3:01am.
Crocker was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on December 1, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

James M. Fodge Jr., 49, of Bergen, is charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more. after allegedly operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition on Buffalo road in Bergen on November 11, 2021 at 11:34pm.
Fodge Jr. was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on December 1, 2021 at 5:00p.m.
