A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Michael T. Martinez of the crime of criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree, a class D felony, after he was allegedly found in possession of a knife with intent to use it unlawfully against another on July 21, 2021 in the Town of Oakfield.
In count2, Martinez is accused of criminal possession of a weapon 3rd degree, a class D felony, after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a metal pipe with intent to use it unlawfully against another on July 21, 2021 in the Town of Oakfield.
In count 3, the indictment further accuses Martinez of attempted assault 2nd degree, a class E felony, after allegedly attempting to cause physical injury to another person by means of a dangerous instrument, a knife on the same above date and location.
In count 4, Martinez is accused of assault 2nd degree, a class D violent felony, after allegedly causing serious physical injury to another person or a third person by means of a dangerous instrument, a knife on the same above date and location.
In count 5, Martinez is accused of menacing 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, after intentionally placing another person in fear of physical injury or death by displaying a dangerous instrument, a metal pipe on the same above date and location.
In count 6, he is accused of harassment 2nd, a violation, after annoying or alarming another person, subjecting the person to physical contact on the same above date and location.
In count 7, Martinez is accused of harassment 2nd degree, after annoying or alarming a second person, subjecting the person to physical contact on the same above date and location.
According to District Attorney Lawrence Friedman, Martinez was convicted of the crime of menacing 3rd degree on November 19, 2019 in the Village of Arcade Court and said conviction forms the basis for counts 1 and 2 in the above indictment.

Shacerie M. Rivera has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of assault 2nd degree, a class D violent felony, after allegedly causing physical injury to a person by means of a dangerous instrument, a knife, on July 13, 2021 in the City of Batavia.
In count 2, Rivera is accused of criminal possession of weapon 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly being found with a dangerous instrument, a dagger, dangerous knife, dirk, razor, stiletto, imitation pistol or other dangerous instrument with intent to use unlawfully against another person on the same above date and location.
In count 3, Rivera is accused of obstructing governmental administration 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, after she allegedly intentionally obstructed, impaired or perverted the administration of law or other governmental function or prevented or attempted to prevent a public servant from performing an official function by means of intimidation, physical force or interference or by any means of any independently unlawful act on the same above date and location.

Justice C. Coniglio has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of the crime of assault 2nd degree, a class D violent felony, after causing physical injury to a police officer, preventing the officer from performing a lawful duty on July 23, 2021 in the Town of Alabama.
In count 2, Coniglio is accused of resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, after intentionally preventing or attempting to prevent a police officer from effecting an authorized arrest of himself or another person on the same above date and location.
In count 3, Coniglio is accused of obstructing governmental administration 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly intentionally obstructing, impairing, or perverting the administration of law or other governmental function by means of intimidation, physical force or interference or by means of any independently unlawful act on the same date and location mentioned above.

Pamela A. Morrow has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of DWI, as a class E felony, after allegedly driving a 2018 Buick on Linwood Road, in the Town of LeRoy, on July 21, 2021 in an intoxicated condition.
In count 2, Morrow is accused of DWI PER SE, as a class E felony, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, on the same date and location mentioned above.
According to District Attorney Lawrence Friedman, Morrow was previously convicted of DWI as a misdemeanor on April 28, 2014 in the Town of Batavia Court, and said conviction is within 10 years of the current commission of crimes alleged in the above indictment.
