On November 22, 2021, Troopers out of SP/Warsaw arrested Jessalyn K. Pitts, 30, and Emmalouise A. Pitts, 22, both of Castile, NY, for petit larceny.
Troopers responded to a larceny complaint at Walmart on Route 19 in the town of Warsaw. Troopers worked with Walmart loss-prevention during the investigation.
Jessalyn Pitts is accused of taking merchandise valued at $31.54, and Emmalouise Pitts allegedly stole merchandise valued at $69.67, passing all points of purchase without paying.
Jessalyn and Emmalouise Pitts were transported to SP Warsaw for processing and issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Warsaw court at a later date.
