GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Depew man accused of petit larceny at two different Walmart stores

Scott P. Simmons, 25, of Depew, NY, is charged with burglary 3rd, criminal trespass 3rd degree, petit larceny and false personation after a larceny complaint at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, in Batavia on November 27, 2021 at 4:07p.m.

Simmons allegedly stole merchandise from the store without paying for the merchandise.

He was arraigned in Batavia Town Court in front of Judge Young. Simmons will reappear in court on December 21, 2021 at 2:00p.m.

On November 23, 2021, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Scott P. Simmons, 25, of Depew for petit larceny after a larceny complaint at the Walmart store on Transit road in the town of Clarence, after he allegedly stole merchandise valued at $900.00 and passed all points of purchase without paying.

Simmons was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Clarence court at a later date in that case.

Tyler Even Ryan Delelys, 29, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, DWI, speeding violation/exceeding 55mph, registration plate display violation and failure to obey a traffic control device, following a traffic stop on Rt. 5 in the Town of Batavia on November 28, 2021 at 1:18a.m.

Delelys was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 9, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
