On October 24, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jeremy Brandenburg, 27, of Medina, with DWI, 1st Offense. Brandenburg was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On October 25, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Dearick Hoefer, 41, of Newfane, with criminal contempt 2nd. Hoefer was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the Jail on $1,500 cash, insurance company bail bond, partial secured appearance bond with 10% deposit. Hoefer is scheduled to return to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date.
On October 29, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged William Becker, 39, of Holley, with harassment 2nd. Becker was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Becker is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
On November 2, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Dylan Dent, 29, of Albion, with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd. Dent was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Dent is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On November 3, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Travis Bloom, 29, of Medina, with criminal mischief 3rd, criminal contempt 1st, and harassment 2nd. Bloom was arraigned by CAP Court and remanded to the Jail on $500 cash/credit card or $5,000 partially secured surety bond with 10% deposit. Bloom is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.
On November 4, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Shannon Gillespie, 40, of Holley, with harassment 2nd. Gillespie was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on her own recognizance. Gillespie is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
On November 5, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Stephen Bane Jr., 42, of Lyndonville, with burglary 2nd and assault 3rd. Bane Jr. was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on his own recognizance. Bane Jr. is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.
On November 10, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged James Edwards, 27, of Holley, with criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment 2nd. Edwards was arraigned by CAP Court and is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court at a later date.
On November 20, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Dana McLaughlin, 48, of Medina, with trespass. McLaughlin was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
