According to the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office, the sentencing scheduled for Michael Tomaszewski has been adjourned as he is currently in quarantine, according to Assistant DA Kevin Finnell.
Tomaszewski was then remanded to the Genesee County Jail.
He is now scheduled to be sentenced on December 22, 2021 at 9:30a.m.
