Roger J. Ridd, 55, of Bergen, is charged with strangulation 2nd after allegedly criminally obstructing the victim’s breathing, causing the victim to be in a stupor for a period of time after an incident in Bergen on December 12, 2021 at 5:57pm.
Ridd was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is due to appear in the Town of Bergen Court on December 15, 2021 at 5:00p.m.

Cuahtemoc M. Ramirez, 19, of Oakfield, is charged with menacing 3rd, after intentionally allegedly placing another person in fear of physical injury or death, after an incident in Oakfield on December 8, 2021 at 1:45p.m.
Ramirez was arraigned in Oakfield Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is to re-appear in Oakfield Town Court on January 3, 2022 at 6:00p.m.
