Alexander R. Toal, 18, of Byron, is charged with menacing 2nd/weapon and endangering the welfare of a child, after allegedly placing a person in fear for their life by allegedly displaying what was believed to be a firearm and threatening that person while in the presence of a person under the age of 17.
The incident occurred on Clinton street road in the Town of Batavia on December 15, 2021 at 5:20pm.
Toal was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court and released on his own recognizance.
He will re-appear in court on January 5, 2022 at 2:00p.m.

Stephen G. Ognibene, 64, of Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after deputies responded to an incident on Bank street on December 13, 2021 for a reported violation of a court order. Following an investigation, Ognibene allegedly violated a court order by not surrendering his firearms as dictated by the court order.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City of Batavia Court on January 18, 2022 at 1:00p.m.

Sidney C. Underhill, 72 of Elba, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly failing to comply with a court order of protection set in place by Batavia City Court.
Underhill was processed at the Genesee County Jail on December 9, 2021 and will appear in Batavia City Court on December 21, 2021 at 1:00p.m.

Dianna L. Sprague, 50, of Batavia, is charged with petit larceny after patrols responded to a retail store at 4133 Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on December 16, 2021.
Sprague allegedly took merchandise belonging to the retail store and passed all points of purchase without paying.
She will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 18, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
