GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/January 6, 2022

Michael J. Robinson, 44, of Lockport, is charged with grand larceny 4th/credit card, and petit larceny, after allegedly picking up a wallet that a person had dropped on the floor at a Batavia business on November 16, 2021.

Robinson allegedly took the wallet home and did not make an attempt to return the wallet or contact the victim.

Robinson was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 13, 2022 at 1:00p.m.

Jaylinn M. O’Neil, 31, of Bethany, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and unlicensed operator, following a traffic stop on Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia on December 29, 2021 at 5:34p.m.

O’Neil was allegedly in possession of narcotic drugs and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

O’Neil was transported to the Genesee County Jail for fingerprints and photographs and released on appearance tickets.

She is scheduled to appear in Batavia Town Court on January 13, 2022 at 1:00p.m.

Jennifer M. Moore, 36, of Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after an investigation into drug possession on Park road on October 22, 2020.

Moore was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on January 20, 2022 at 1:00p.m.
