On January 25, 2022, Troopers out of State Police/Warsaw arrested Harold P. Gage, 78, of LeRoy, NY, for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and drinking alcohol in the vehicle.
Troopers responded to a call for a vehicle in the ditch on South street road in the town of Covington at 7:36p.m. Gage was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and was transported to State Police/Warsaw for processing. Gage recorded .14% BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Covington court for February 28, 2022.
