Richard L. Conte, 29, of Batavia, is charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, reckless driving, failure to keep right/two lane road and avoiding a traffic device/intersection/light, after a report of a pick-up truck almost striking other vehicles.
Conte was reportedly traveling west on Rt. 33 in Byron, and almost struck several other vehicles on January 26, 2022, at 8:50p.m.
Conte was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets. He will appear in Byron Town Court on February 21, 2022, at 5:00p.m.

Gary D. Doctor, 39, of Akron, is charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, after a call for a person passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle on Rt. 5 in Batavia on November 24, 2021, at 10:56a.m.
Doctor was arrested and issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 17, 2022, at 1:00p.m.
