A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Paul A. Inostroza, accusing him of the crime of attempted assault 2nd degree, a class E felony, after allegedly repeatedly slamming the back of a person’s head against a wall in the City of Batavia on September 5, 2021.
In count 2, Inostroza is accused of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly applying pressure on the throat or neck of a person during the same incident mentioned above.
In count 3, the indictment further accuses Inostroza of reckless endangerment 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor, during the same incident mentioned above, creating a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person after allegedly grabbing the person by the neck and slamming the back of their head against a wall.
In count 4, Inostroza is accused of the crime of harassment 2nd, a violation, subjecting the victim to physical contact in the same incident mentioned above.

Nathan W. Stringer has been indicted and is accused of the crime of aggravated driving while intoxicated (four counts), a class E felony, after operating a vehicle on Rt. 77 in Pembroke, while allegedly in an intoxicated condition with four children, 15 years or less, who were passengers in the vehicle on August 28, 2021.
Stringer is also accused of DWI as a misdemeanor in the same incident mentioned above.

Jillian E. Antinore has been indicted and is accused of DWI as a class E felony, after allegedly operating a vehicle on Rt. 63 in the City of Batavia, allegedly in an intoxicated condition on October 12, 2021.
In count 2, Antinore is accused of aggravated DWI/PER SE, as a class E felony, in the same incident mentioned above. She is accused of driving with a BAC of .18% or more.
In count 3, Antinore is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, a class E felony, in the above incident. Antinore was allegedly operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.
Antinore was previously convicted of the crime of DWI as a misdemeanor on March 28, 2014, in the town of Perrysburg in Cattaraugus County. This conviction was within 10 years of the crime alleged in the current indictment.
