Kaleb J. Bobzien, 23, of Lockport, is facing a 24-count indictment in Genesee County. He is accused of 8 counts of rape 3rd degree, a class E felony, after allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a person less than 17 years old, from May 2021-June 2021 in the town of Batavia.
Bobzien is also facing 8 counts of criminal sexual act 3rd degree, a class E felony, after engaging in oral sexual conduct with a person less than 17 years old from May 2021-June 2021 in the town of Batavia. He is also accused of the crime of criminal contempt 2nd degree (3 counts), a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly intentionally disobeying/violating an active stay away order of protection in October and November of 2021.
Bobzien is also accused of aggravated family offense (3 counts), a class E felony, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors.
Bobzien was previously convicted of the crime of criminal contempt 2nd degree in Batavia City Court on October 20, 2020. Conviction was within 5 years and forms the basis for the three counts of aggravated family offense in the current indictment.
