On February 17, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Michael F. Head, 46, of Buffalo, NY, for aggravated DWI.
Troopers responded to Geise Road, in the town of Bennington, to check the welfare of a man on the side of the road. Head was located along with his vehicle.
During the interview, Head was allegedly exhibiting signs of impairment and Troopers determined he had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Head failed standardized field sobriety tests.
He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.20% BAC.
Head was released with appearance tickets and will appear in the town of Attica court later in February 2022.
