Sheriff Christopher M. Bourke reports the following:
On January 20, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Dakoda Watson, 22, of Holley, NY,
with criminal contempt 2nd. Watson was arraigned by CAP Court and released on
his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at
a later date.

On January 23, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Thomas Foster III, 33, of
Holley, NY, with assault 3rd. Foster III was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his
own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a
later date.

On January 28, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jenia Suarez-Jimenez, 30, of
Medina, NY, with harassment 2nd. Suarez-Jimenez was arraigned by CAP Court and
released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to the
Town of Shelby Court at a later date.

On February 1, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Elizabeth Gursslin, 21, of
Lyndonville, NY, with forgery 3rd, possessing a forged instrument 3rd, and
petit larceny. Gursslin was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return
to the Town of Shelby Court at a later date.

On February 1, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Christina Roberts, 48, of
Rochester, NY, with DWI/1st offense and aggravated DWI. Roberts was arraigned by
CAP Court and was released on her own recognizance. Roberts is scheduled to
return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.

On February 4, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Loretta Baer, 50, of Batavia,
with criminal contempt 2nd. Baer was arraigned by CAP Court and was released on
her own recognizance. Baer is scheduled to return to the Town of Clarendon Court
at a later date.

On February 15, 2022, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged an 18-year-old female of
Hamlin, NY, with assault 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child, and harassment 2nd.
The female was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of
Kendall Court at a later date.

with petit larceny. Baron was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return
to the Town of Ridgeway Court at a later date
