On February 27, 2022, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brenden T. Shaw, 21, of Sheldon, NY, for DWI.
Troopers responded to a vehicle off the roadway on Route 20A, in the town of Orangeville, and during the interview, Shaw was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Shaw had allegedly been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition, failed standardized field sobriety tests, and was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13% BAC.
Shaw was released with appearance tickets for the town of Orangeville court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
