A traffic stop on Club Road in the Town of Castile for known suspensions, resulted in the arrest of the operator, Jesse W. Schuster, 38, of Perry, NY on February 26, 2022.
Schuster is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and unlicensed operator.
Schuster was observed driving on West Lake Road before turning down Club Road, in attempt to evade law enforcement. Schuster was eventually stopped on Club Road and was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with three active suspensions on his non-driver ID for failure to appear.
Schuster was placed under arrest and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Castile Court on February 7, 2022.

On February 19, 2022, deputies from the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of East Lake Road in the Town of Castile for a report of a one motor vehicle accident. Once on scene, deputies observed a red SUV that had overturned several times off the north side of East Lake Road.
In speaking with the operator of the vehicle, Alycia Johnson, 34, of Castile, NY, deputies say she allegedly showed signs of alcohol impairment and was later arrested from driving while intoxicated. Johnson was transported by Silver Springs Ambulance to the Wyoming County Community Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Johnson refused to cooperate with a blood sample and was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent.
Johnson is to appear at the Town of Castile Court on March 7, 2022, to answer the charges.

On February 24, 2022, Jeremiah Bentley, 29, of Dalton, NY, was found to be driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop on North Water Street in the Village of Pike.
Bentley is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree and No/ Inadequate lights.
Bentley is to appear in Pike Town Court March 8, 2022, to answer the charges.

Sam A. Ali, 41, of Bronx, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A in the Town of
Sheldon on February 24, 2022. After an investigation, deputies say that Ali’s registration was suspended for an insurance lapse in September of 2021.
Ali was subsequently arrested and charged with speeding in a zone and operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended. Ali was processed roadside and released with an appearance ticket. He is to appear in the Town of Sheldon Court on March 14, 2022, for initial arraignment.
