Nicholas A. Pietrzykowski, 45, of Middlebury, NY, is charged with DWAI/drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after an incident on E. Main street in Batavia on July 25, 2021 at 7:25p.m..
Pietrzykowski was operating a motor vehicle while allegedly impaired and allegedly in possession of drugs.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia City Court on March 15, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Thomas P. Moynihan II, 47, of Alexander, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree, after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection on at least 8 different dates.
Moynihan was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on recognizance. He will appear in Alexander Town Court on March 8, 2022, at 5:00p.m.
