On March 3, 2022, at 8:51 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Dain O. Kilian, 38, of Warsaw, NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacturing meth 2nd, a class C-felony.
Troopers were dispatched to assist a Parole Officer in need of assistance on Rt. 20A in the town of Warsaw. Upon arrival, Kilian was found to allegedly be in possession of hydrocodone and oxycodone without a prescription. Kilian was also found to allegedly be in possession of methamphetamine manufacturing supplies.
He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. Kilian was arraigned in the town of Warsaw Court and remanded to Wyoming County Jail without bail.
Kilian will return to court in the town of Warsaw on March 7, 2022.
