Anthony D. Micucci, 27, of Alexander, is charged with escape 2nd degree, after escaping from custody while being taken into court in the Village of Corfu at 116 E. Main street on March 12, 2022 at 3:45p.m.
Micucci allegedly escaped from custody by running from law enforcement. He was taken back into custody after a foot pursuit.
Micucci was arrested on a warrant issued by the Town of Pembroke Court. He allegedly violated a complete stay away order of protection by calling the protected party (3 counts).
Micucci will appear in Pembroke/Corfu Village Court on April 13, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Davia M. Martin, 61, of San Manuel, Arizona, was extradited back to New York, after having failed to appear in Genesee County Court on a grand larceny 3rd charge from September 15, 2020.
Martin was arraigned in Genesee County Court and remanded to the jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Dakota J. Kaczynski, 24, of Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after allegedly possessing a controlled substance on Pratt road on March 14, 2022.
Kaczynski was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on March 28, 2022, at 10:00p.m.
