Ryan T. O’Connor, 37, of East Aurora, NY, is charged with DWI, driving to the left of pavement markings and moving from a lane unsafely, after deputies responded to vehicle in a ditch on March 19, 2022, on Alleghany road in Pembroke.
O’Connor was allegedly operating his motor vehicle while allegedly intoxicated by alcohol. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 14, 2022, at 1:00p.m.

Adam E. Bortle, 38, of Wayland, NY, is charged with promoting prison contraband and criminal possession of a controlled substance, after being transported to the Genesee County Jail on an outstanding warrant out of the City of Batavia on March 20, 2022.
Upon entry at the jail, Bortle allegedly denied possessing any narcotics or jail contraband, however after a search of Bortle’s person, Bortle was allegedly in possession of multiple controlled substances inside of the jail setting.
He was held for arraignment in the City of Batavia Court on March 21, 2022.
